Designed for the prestigious Johnson & Wales School of Culinary Arts, this 2-textbook series provides an overview of culinary arts, beverage, and food service for all students. Westwood Creative played an integral role in not only managing the production of these 1000+ page textbooks, but also was solely responsible for design and layout of the cover, front matter, content pages, and back matter. Our goal with this product was to merge the beauty, functionality and craftsmanship of the culinary arts with the tradition of excellence that Johnson & Wales "brings to the table".
